Many of the photos you’ll see in these pages are over two decades old—snapshots of a time when today’s parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents were just beginning their own journeys. The young faces captured here have grown into pillars of their families, and in some cases, into elders themselves.

Among these images are loved ones who have since transitioned to the other side. So, if you feel a tear welling up, let it fall with love.
